Pranati Shroff Munot
Director | Architect | LEED AP | GRIHA Trainer
Today a qualified LEED AP, Pranati is the first from the city of Pune to qualify for the same. She is a qualified TERI-GRIHA Trainer and has completed a course on Environmental Studies from the Ecological Society of India. She has fulfilled a number of Eco-Interiors, and has also actively been spearheading various programs/ workshops for organisations like IGBC, GRIHA and BNCA.
Pranati has won a scholarship program by the Swedish Embassy to get trained on entrepreneurship skills. She is also the head of the marketing department at Sprout.
Namrata Dhamankar Jadhav
Director | Architect | GRIHA Trainer
Namrata brings with her academic as well as professional knowledge of environmental design. She pursued her master’s in Environmental Design from Cardiff University, in Wales, United Kingdom. She has worked with leading organizations like ARUP and currently is a core faculty at BNCA and a visiting faculty at Symbiosis Institute.
A TERI-GRIHA Trainer, Namrata has also been the Program Coordinator for ‘Youth for Policy and Dialogue’, working on the agenda of formulating policy framework and advisory committee on Climate Change in India.
Ankita Jp Shroff

Ankita is an Entrepreneur who brings ideas to execution. She holds her Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Pune University, Masters in Management from Imperial Business School and a Diploma in Sustainable Business and Responsible Leadership from the Swedish Institute. She is an accomplished entrepreneur, Orator in the fields of Business, Resource Utilization, and Skills, She brings Business Development, Execution, Marketing to the table.
